Aphids cause significant damage to the sunflower crop:
 

• They devastate the plant causing leaf deformation, yellowing of leaves along the veins, formation of transverse folds, stunting of growth and as a result drying out and stem bending and twisting
• Following the heavy attack the plant will dehydrate, the growing shoot once attacked will give a deformed, small calatidium with undeveloped seeds! 
• Aphid saliva also contains dangerous viruses that can kill already weakened plants.
• The sugary substance they leave behind presents nutritious substrate for fungi!

 
To solve this problem, IMEXAGRO specialists recommend the use of a bi-component systemic insecticide ORGANSA, SC (0.2-0.3 L/ha), because aphids have a hidden lifestyle and subt and stinging mouthparts! After application ORGANSA, SC insecticide penetrates into the plant and cannot be washed away by rain!
