Utrisha N

Utrisha N

Captures nitrogen from the air

UtrishaTM N Biostimulator is amazing in the way it provides nitrogen whenever plants need it. This naturally improves crop vitality throughout the growing season, today and tomorrow.

The product is under approval.

BENEFITS

  • Increases yield potential by continuously supplying nitrogen to plants without loss through leaching or denitrification.
  • Dry, easy-to-use formulation that can be stored for up to 2 years at normal temperatures.
  • Biological, sustainable source of nitrogen with no CO2 emissions, no limitations on application and phenological stage of crops and no risk of crop burn-out.
  • Provides plants with nitrogen in its most readily assimilable form, without the extra effort and energy required to metabolise it.
  • Miscible with most of the plant protection products currently used, except for copper products.

Active substance: Methylobacterium symbioticum SB 23,3 x 107 CFU/g

Preparative form: wettable granules (WG)

Packaging: 3 kg

Mode of action

  • UtrishaTM N contains a bacterium called Metylobacterium symbioticum. The bacterium immediately after application enters through the stomata and colonises the plant converting atmospheric nitrogen into ammonia form used by the plant in biological processes.
  • The bacterium feeds on methanol emitted by the plant and spreads through the plant using metabolites.

Time of application

  • For maximum efficacy apply UtrishaTM N to crops not under biotic or abiotic stress.
  • UtrishaTM N should be applied in the early part of the day to benefit the majority of open stomata.
  • Use with water having a chloride content below 1 ppm and pH 5-8.
  • UtrishaTM N should be applied when photosynthetic processes are at an optimum level and the ambient temperature is above 10 оC when warming.
  • Application is recommended to be made when 50% of the plants have covered the ground or have reached half of their normal biomass
