Relieves stress for the crop and the agronomist!
Three-component strobilurin-containing systemic dressing with growth-stimulating effect for treatment of seeds of cereals and other crops
Active substances: diphenoconazole, 90 g/l, tebuconazole, 45 g/l and azoxystrobin, 40 g/l.
Chemical class: triazoles and strobilurin
Preparative form: water-suspension concentrate.
Packaging: 5 litre canisters
Mechanism of action
Tebuconazole inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis in cell membranes of phytopathogens, which leads to their death. It prevents the development of external and internal infection of seeds.
Diphenoconazole also inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis, but is less water soluble than tebuconazole. As a result, uptake of difenoconazole by seeds and seedlings is gradual, providing prolonged protection of the coleoptile from infection. In contrast to tebuconazole, this active ingredient accumulates mainly in the root system and the root part of the stem, protecting plants against root rot pathogens for a long time. Due to its high diphenoconazole content, Oplot Trio also provides effective control of dusty and dwarf bunt.
Аzoxystrobin acts on the respiratory system of fungus pathogens, disrupts mitochondria by blocking electron transport in the cytochrome b and c1 chains. Inhibits spore formation and growth of fungal mycelium. This combination, in addition to protecting against diseases, has a positive effect on the crop, is able to positively affect the metabolism of plants, stimulate their growth and increase productivity. At the same time, the preparation does not have phytotoxicity and does not accumulate in the products.

Advantages
Characteristics of active substances
Tebuconazole belongs to the chemical class of triazoles, is characterised by high mobility, has eradicative and curative action. It restrains internal seminal infection and controls early aerogenic infection.
Difenoconazole also belongs to the triazole class, but is less mobile in the plant, which gives it additional advantages in controlling a number of pathogens localised in soil and crop residues (in particular, helminthosporiosis, fusarium and Alternaria infections). It has curative and prophylactic systemic action.
Azoxystrobin is an active substance from the class of strobilurins. It is characterised by a long-lasting protective effect. It has a positive physiological effect on young plants, increases nitrogen assimilation by slowing down nitrate reductase inactivation, reduces water consumption by regulating the process of stomata closure and increasing carbon dioxide assimilation, which is especially important during drought.
Speed of action
Oplot Trio begins to act on seed infection 2 - 4 h after seed treatment. In the process of swelling and germination of the grain, the preparation penetrates into the plant and then spreads throughout the plant as it grows.
Period of protective action
provides full protection against surface and internal seed and soil infection. The effectiveness of the preparation against root (root) rots and leaf stem infection is maintained at the initial stages of plant growth and development (from the moment of seed germination to the phase of the beginning of tube emergence). Spikelet diseases that develop at later stages of plant growth (head blight) are suppressed by seed treatment.
Features of the preparation
Formulation of Oplot Trio provides uniform application of fungicides on the treated grain and creates on its surface a high quality, coloured, strong film of the preparation, which does not crumble after drying and does not dust. When preparing the working solution after dilution with water, the dressing agent forms a stable suspension, in the process of dressing does not settle at the bottom of the dressing tank.
Possibility of resistance emergence
The preparation contains three active substances from two chemical classes, which have different mechanisms of action, which allows minimising the risk of resistance in pathogens.
Phytotoxicity
in compliance with the application regulations is not phytotoxic to treated seeds and developing plants.
